In a horrific incident early Thursday morning, two migrant workers were burnt alive, and another was critically injured when a massive fire engulfed a footwear factory in the Modern Industrial Estate (MIE), Part-1, Bahadurgarh. The victims were reportedly sleeping inside the factory premises when the blaze broke out around 4:00 AM.

Location: The fire occurred at Factory No. 817 (Utkarsh Enterprises), which manufactures shoe uppers.

The Victims: The deceased have been identified as Abdul Atawaris and Ameeruddin (alias Bade Bhaiya). Both were cousins hailing from Pali town in Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.

The Survivor: A third worker, Arif, sustained critical injuries. Reports suggest he jumped from the roof/upper floor to escape the flames. He has been admitted to a private hospital (Jeevan Jyoti Hospital) with severe burns and trauma.

Context: Relatives revealed that the victims had returned to work from their native village just two days ago.
