With the high-stakes Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group-C posts scheduled for July 26 and 27, the Haryana Government moved into “mission mode” on July 23, 2025. To ensure the smooth conduct of the examination, the administration issued strict directives cancelling all leaves for government officials and warning of potential connectivity blackouts.
๐ซ Strict Measures Against Cheating
In a high-level review meeting, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini directed the administration to enforce a zero-tolerance policy against unfair means.

Internet Suspension: The government announced that mobile internet services might be suspended in sensitive areas near examination centers during exam hours to prevent paper leaks and cheating.

Leave Cancellation: All leaves for administrative and police personnel have been cancelled for the exam weekend to ensure full staffing for security and invigilation duties.

Surveillance: The CM ordered mandatory videography of the entire processโfrom the transport of question papers from strong rooms to the opening of seals in exam halls.
๐ Relief for Candidates
While strict on security, the government also announced welfare measures for the examinees:

Free Travel: Female candidates appearing for the exam will be allowed free travel in Haryana Roadways buses. Additionally, one family member accompanying a female candidate can also travel for free.

Logistics: Deputy Commissioners have been tasked with ensuring adequate transport and accommodation facilities, especially since candidates are often allocated centers in different districts.
