CM Resolves 500 Public Grievances in Hisar; Orders Immediate Suspensions

Nov 8, 2025 | Haryana

The Hisar Jan Samvad became a theater of swift justice today as Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini bypassed bureaucratic layers to provide immediate relief to common citizens. The event, which lasted over six hours, saw a massive turnout of farmers, students, and elderly residents.

  • On-the-Spot Solutions: Of the 500 resolved cases, a large number pertained to the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) and Property ID discrepancies. The CM directed IT teams present at the venue to rectify data errors instantly, handing over corrected documents to beneficiaries on the stage.

  • Strict Action on Negligence: The highlight of the session was the CM’s “Bulldozer Justice” for administrative delay. He suspended a Junior Engineer (PWD) on the spot after a village delegation proved that a sanctioned road project had been stalled for 6 months without reason. Additionally, a Naib Tehsildar faced suspension for repeatedly denying a mutation (Intakaal) despite all legal requirements being met.

  • Agricultural Relief: Responding to complaints about water tail-end reaches, the CM telephoned the Irrigation Department Secretary during the hearing, ordering an immediate increase in the discharge for the Hisar-Ghaggar drain and associated canals to support Rabi sowing.

  • Accountability Framework: Saini announced that every grievance registered today has been assigned a Unique Tracking ID. “I will personally review the Action Taken Report (ATR) next Sunday. Any officer found sitting on a file will face the same fate as those suspended today,” he warned.

Community Sentiment

“I have been running to the Tehsil office for eight months for my pension correction. Today, the CM looked at my papers, called the officer, and fixed it in five minutes. This is the kind of ‘Sarkar’ (government) we want—one that doesn’t just talk but acts on the spot,” said a 72-year-old resident of Hansi.
