📜 Key Welfare Announcements In his address, CM Saini reiterated the government’s commitment to the “Antyodaya” vision—ensuring the last person in the queue receives the benefits of development.

  • Healthcare for All: Starting today, government hospitals at every district headquarters will provide free treatment for all diseases. These facilities are now equipped with modern medical technology and integrated with the Ayushman Bharat-Chirayu scheme.

  • Lado Lakshmi Scheme: The CM confirmed that the state is ready to roll out the Lado Lakshmi Scheme, which will deposit ₹2,100 monthly into the bank accounts of eligible women.

  • Jobs on Merit: Saini announced that the government would soon fill 36,000 additional vacancies in various departments, following the 1.44 lakh recruitments already completed on a pure merit basis.

  • Social Security: He highlighted the recent increase in social security pensions to ₹3,000 per month and the expansion of the “creamy layer” income limit for OBCs to ₹8 lakh.

🚜 Support for Agriculture and Cattle Addressing the agricultural heartland, the CM focused on rural prosperity:

  • Cattle Welfare: A grant of ₹88.50 crore was announced for gaushalas across the state to support fodder and modernization, including solar energy installations.

  • MSP Guarantee: He reaffirmed that Haryana remains the only state procuring all crops at the Minimum Support Price (MSP), with direct benefit transfers totaling over ₹1.48 lakh crore to farmers.

🏙️ Kurukshetra Celebrations In Kurukshetra (Thanesar), the flag was hoisted by Development and Panchayats Minister Krishan Lal Panwar. The event at Pipli Anaj Mandi featured massive participation from schoolchildren and showcased Haryana’s cultural heritage through Haryanvi and Punjabi folk dances.
