The CM’s Message: “Our youth are proving their mettle not just in the sports field, but in the most rigorous academic arenas as well. These 58 individuals have shown that with hard work and dedication, no peak is too high. They are the future architects of our nation’s administration,” CM Nayab Saini said in a social media post.

Support for the Final Stage: Recognizing that the Interview (Personality Test) is the final and most crucial stage, the CM directed HIPA (Haryana Institute of Public Administration) to organize mock interview sessions and workshops. Retired IAS and IPS officers from the Haryana cadre will mentor the candidates to help them polish their communication and leadership skills.
