Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has positioned Haryana as the premier destination for global business, issuing a direct invitation to entrepreneurs to leverage the state’s robust infrastructure. During an industry meet today, the CM emphasized that the government is committed to a “heart-to-heart” (H-to-H) model of governance to support industrial growth.

  • Red Carpet Treatment: The CM assured investors that the state has decriminalized over 164 outdated laws to ease the cost of doing business. He promised that new industrial units would receive “red carpet” treatment, with a single-window system guaranteeing all mandatory approvals within just 12 days.

  • Focus on Gurugram and Panchkula: While Gurugram remains the state’s financial capital, Saini highlighted Panchkula as a rising hub. He announced the establishment of dedicated AI Hubs in both cities to foster research and development in emerging technologies.

  • Support for Startups: Highlighting that Haryana is now India’s 7th largest startup hub with over 9,100 recognized ventures, the CM announced the formation of the Haryana Rajya Udyamita Aayog (State Entrepreneurship Commission). He also distributed grants worth ₹1.14 crore to 22 promising startups to accelerate their growth.

  • Future Infrastructure: The state is moving forward with the development of 10 new Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) and a “Global City” project in Gurugram to provide world-class logistics and residential ecosystems for workers and executives alike.
